LESSON  AVAILABILITY

Mark offers tuition at a range of times including daytime, after school, evenings and weekends.

Standard lessons are 45 minutes duration.

Children's lessons are 30 minutes duration.

Standard Adult Lesson £35

Two Adult Student Lesson £20 per student

Child's Lesson (up to 12 yrs) £25

Your first guitar lesson is FREE and  will include an initial consultation.

HOME VISITS

Home visits are not offered. While it may be more convenient to learn in your own home, it is important not to underestimate the contribution to learning that the right professional equipment and resources can make. From my guitar studio,  I have access to many resources  for repertoire. This greatly benefits the student's learning experience and progression.

Mark believes in helping students learn to play the  music they are interested in, while also enlarging their experience of music and developing a broad knowledge and deep love for music in a wide range of styles. Whether you want to shred metal guitar, play classical, folk, acoustic, blues or just strum some chords to your favourite songs, then Mark can tailor each lesson to suit your needs and your pace of learning.

Heavy Metal & Hard Rock

Blues (both electric and fingerstyle acoustic)

Rock & Indie

Acoustic & Folk (fingerpicking and strumming)

Classical Guitar & Flamenco

Bass Guitar (beginners to intermediate)

Bollywood (both Hindi & Tamil)

Guitar students also have the opportunity to develop the following additional skills:

Composing your own songs

Playing guitar in live gig situations

Music Technology, such as sound manipulation via effects and home recording on a pc.

Lessons are taught in a comfortable and friendly environment, which can cater for multiple students at a time. Discounts are given to students who wish to learn in pairs, so if you want to learn with a family member or friend, then you are more than welcome!

Mark is also fully CRB checked to work with children.
